Kids & Teen Aerial

Strong foundations for growing movers.

Structured aerial coaching designed to develop strength, coordination, confidence, body awareness, creativity, and technical skill.

Classes are intentionally kept small so our coaches can provide more individual guidance and meaningful progression.

Maximum 6 students per class.

Learning new aerial skills is exciting, but much of the value happens along the way.

Students learn how to approach something unfamiliar, break a challenge into manageable steps, make adjustments, try again, and recognize their own progress.

Through consistent training, students can develop:

Strength & Coordination

Build whole-body strength, balance, spatial awareness, and greater movement control.

Confidence

Experience what it feels like to work toward a challenging skill and achieve it progressively.

Body Awareness

Develop a greater understanding of positioning, alignment, and movement.

Creativity

Explore different shapes, transitions, sequences, and personal movement styles.

Focus & Problem Solving

Learn how small technical changes can create a different result.

Small Groups Matter.

Maximum 6 students per class.

Children and teens do not all learn in the same way.

One student may understand a skill immediately through demonstration, while another may benefit from verbal cues, a different progression, additional repetition, or watching another student approach the movement.

Smaller groups give our coaches more opportunities to adapt instruction while still preserving the energy and social experience of learning together.
